Platform Role
CardSpender provides seller membership tools, listing pages, regional classifieds, storefronts, and buyer-seller messaging. CardSpender is not the seller, buyer, broker, payment processor, escrow agent, authenticator, shipper, or insurer for listed cards.
Accounts
Users are responsible for keeping account information accurate and protecting login credentials. CardSpender may suspend or remove accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, unsafe, or in violation of these terms.
Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of listings, photos, prices, descriptions, card condition, grading claims, availability, shipping terms, pickup terms, returns, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws.
Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for evaluating listings, asking questions before payment, confirming seller terms, arranging payment directly with the seller, and deciding whether a transaction is acceptable.
No Card Authentication
CardSpender does not inspect, verify, grade, authenticate, or guarantee any card, autograph, slab, listing, seller statement, or buyer statement. Users are responsible for doing their own due diligence.
Payments, Shipping, Pickup, and Disputes
Buyer-seller transactions happen off-platform. Buyers and sellers arrange payment, shipping, pickup, meetups, returns, refunds, taxes, and disputes directly with each other. CardSpender is not responsible for losses, chargebacks, non-delivery, item condition, safety incidents, or failed transactions.
Prohibited Conduct
Users may not post fraudulent listings, stolen goods, misleading photos, counterfeit items, abusive content, spam, illegal material, or content that infringes another person's rights. Users may not use CardSpender to harass, threaten, scrape, exploit, or defraud others.
Membership Fees
Seller membership fees, if charged, cover access to seller tools and listing features. Membership fees are separate from card-sale payments between buyers and sellers.
Reputation and Feedback
Any reputation score, trust signal, badge, or feedback feature is informational only. It is not a guarantee that a user is safe, trustworthy, verified, or free from risk.
Content License
Users keep ownership of content they submit, but grant CardSpender permission to host, display, resize, format, and use that content to operate and promote the site and related listings.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, CardSpender is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or lost-profit damages related to use of the site or off-platform transactions.
Changes
CardSpender may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use of the site after changes means the user accepts the updated Terms.
