Information CardSpender Collects
CardSpender may collect account information such as name, email address, seller display name, city and state, profile details, listing details, uploaded card images, storefront links, and buyer messages sent through the site.
CardSpender may also collect basic technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, pages viewed, and date/time of visits for site operation, security, and troubleshooting.
How Information Is Used
Information may be used to operate seller memberships, display listings and storefronts, deliver buyer messages to sellers, prevent abuse, maintain site security, improve the service, and communicate about account or platform updates.
Buyer-Seller Contact
If a buyer contacts a seller through CardSpender, the buyer's name, email address, message, and related listing information may be shared with that seller so the seller can respond directly.
Payments and Card Sales
CardSpender is designed as a listing and membership platform. CardSpender does not process payment for card sales, hold escrow funds, issue card-sale payouts, or collect commissions from buyer-seller card transactions.
Cookies and Sessions
CardSpender may use cookies or session storage to keep users logged in, remember preview access, maintain security tokens, and support basic site functionality.
Data Sales, Targeted Advertising, and Profiling
CardSpender does not sell personal information. CardSpender also does not process personal information for targeted advertising or for automated profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
If CardSpender ever changes these practices, the Privacy Policy will be updated before the change takes effect and users will be given any opt-out rights required by applicable law.
Data Sharing
CardSpender may share limited information with service providers that help operate the site, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. CardSpender may also share buyer contact information with a seller when the buyer chooses to send a message about that seller's listing.
CardSpender does not sell categories of personal information to third parties and does not sell personal information to any category of third party.

CardSpender uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate for the size and nature of the service. No website or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Privacy Choices
Users may request access to their personal information, corrections, deletion, or a portable copy of information they provided by contacting CardSpender. Tennessee residents may also ask to confirm whether CardSpender processes their personal information and may appeal a privacy request decision by replying to CardSpender's response with an appeal request.
Because CardSpender does not sell personal information, use targeted advertising, or use covered automated profiling, there is no sale, targeted advertising, or profiling activity to opt out of at this time. Some information may be retained when needed for security, dispute handling, legal compliance, backups, or legitimate business records.
Children
CardSpender is not intended for use by children under 13. CardSpender does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such information is discovered, CardSpender will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Changes
CardSpender may update this Privacy Policy as the site changes. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
